Entry Date: 3 years old by December 31 of year of entry

(1)Online Application

Online application period:

6 October, 2025   09:00 to

15 October, 2025   17:00

Each applicant can ONLY submit ONE application form. Once the application has been submitted online, the system will arrange an interview date and time according to the order of submission, and will then automatically send the relevent information through the e-mail address provided by the parents.

*If you did not receive the email notification, kindly check your Spam or Junk mail folder.

*There is NO limit to the number of applications distributed.

(2)Submitting Documentary Proof and Receiving “Interview Slip”

Date: 25 October, 2025 (Saturday)

Time: 9am-12noon

*Please bring along the following documents in person to the Kindergarten.

• E-mail notice (please print out from system)
• Application Form (please print out from system)
• Application’s birth certificate (original and photocopy)
  (If child was not born in HK, please also bring original and copy of your child’s Hong Kong Identity Card / Right of Abode)
• Application’s immunisation record card (original and photocopy)
• One recent child’s passport size photograph
• Catholic applicants please bring the applicant’s Baptismal Certificate (original and photocopy)
• Evidence to indicate the applicant’s parents or elders siblings have graduated from, or are currently studying at our Raimondi College Kindergarten Section, Raimondi College Primary Section and / or Raimondi College, e.g. report card, student card, student handbook. (Original and photocopy)
• Registration fee $40 (cash)

*Parents will receive an “Interview Slip” to confirm the date and time of applicant’s interview.

**Interview can be arranged only after submitting documents and receiving an “Interview Slip”.**

(3)Interview

Dates:

15 November, 2025  or 

22 November, 2025

*Parents are allowed to enter the classroom during the interview.

*Any requests for re-scheduling will not be considered.

Admission Criteria

• Interview performance
• The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in the kinidergarten will be given due priority consideration
• Admission nearby
• Catholic child
• A parent / sibling has graduated from Raimondi College

 (As the numbers of school places are limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.)
