(一)網上報名
申請日期︰2023年10月9日(星期一) 09:00至10月13日(星期五) 17:00
所有考生必須透過網上遞交報名表，每位考生只能遞交報名表一次，表格經網上遞交後，系統會按遞交次序編排面見日期及時間，並會自動經由家長所提供之電郵地址發送有關資料。完成報名後，請家長列印電郵通知書及報名表。
＊如家長未能收到系統電郵，請檢查Spam/Junk mail/垃圾郵件。
＊學校不設報名人數上限
(二)遞交證明文件
完成網上報名後，家長必須到校遞交證明文件，並領取面試「接見證」。
遞交資料日期︰2023年10月28日(星期六)
時間︰上午9:00至中午12:00
家長須自行列印及攜帶以下文件，親臨本園遞交及領取「接見證」，恕不接受郵寄、傳真或以電郵形式遞交資料。

- 兒童之天主教領洗紙正本及副本(如有)
- 父母或兄姊於本幼稚園、高主教書院小學部或高主教書院就讀或畢業之證明文件及副本(如有)
- 報名費$40
**遞交文件及取得接見證後，才可以進行面試**
(三)面試
接見日期︰2023年11月18日(星期六) 或 2023年11月25日(星期六)
接見時間及日期會按網上申請先後編排，一經編定，恕不更改。
面試時，父母可陪同進入課室。
備註
家長於申請表上提供之通訊資料(包括電郵地址、通訊地址、手機號碼、電話號碼及傳真號碼等)，只作內部通訊用途，本校將嚴格保密，不會以任何形式出售、租借及轉讓資料予任何人士或組織。
所有提交之文件及費用恕不退還。

Each applicant can ONLY submit ONE application form. Once the application has been submitted online, the system will arrange an interview date and time according to the order of submission, and will then automatically send the relevent information through the e-mail address provided by the parents.

*There is NO limit to the number of applications distributed.
(2)Submitting Documentary Proof
Date: 28 October, 2023 (Saturday)
Time: 9am-12noon
*Please bring along the following documents in person to the Kindergarten.
- E-mail notice (please print out from system)
- Application Form (please print out from system)
- Application’s birth certificate (original and photocopy)
- Application’s immunisation record card (original and photocopy)
- One recent child’s passport size photograph
- Catholic applicants please bring the applicant’s Baptismal Certificate (original and photocopy)
- Evidence to indicate the applicant’s parents or elders siblings have graduated from, or are currently studying at our Raimondi College Kindergarten Section, Raimondi College Primary Section and / or Raimondi College, e.g. report card, student card, student handbook. (Original and photocopy)
- Registration fee $40 (cash)
*Parents will receive an “Interview Slip” to confirm the date and time of applicant’s interview.
**Interview can be arranged only after submitting documents and receiving an “Interview Slip”.**
(3)Interview

*Parents are allowed to enter the classroom during the interview.
*Any requests for re-scheduling will not be considered.

The Communication materials (including e-mail address, mailing address, mobile phone number, telephone number and fax number, etc.) are for internal communication purposes only, we will keep the information strictly confidential and will not sell, rent or transfer the information in any form, any person or organization.
All submissions and fees are non-refundable.

本年度下午班各班級尚餘少量學額，如家長有意為子女報讀本園，歡迎家長報名。
招收班級：幼兒班、低班及高班（下午班）
報名方法：郵寄至「香港北角建華街30號高主教書院幼稚園部」 或 電郵至「office@rckg.edu.hk」
信件內容：請於標題註明「申請2023-24年度幼兒班／低班／高班插班生」，內容包括幼兒個人資料（姓名、出生日期）、申請入讀級別、申請入讀原因、聯絡電話
面試安排：本園收到申請信後，會按校本情況，再聯絡家長預約時間進行面試
Interim Admission in Year 2023-2024 (K1-K3 2nd term afternoon session)
Applications for K1 to K3(2nd term afternoon session) of school year 2023-2024 are welcome.

Please mark “Apply for interim admission in year 2023-2024(K1/K2/K3)” on the subject of the letter. Student name, Date of birth, Applying level(K1/K2/K3), Reason of applying our school and contact number must be mentioned in the letter.
An admission interview will be arranged. Applicants will be notified of the date and time of the interview in due course.
